This session provides you with a robust foundation of a social media engagement that helps you achieve two objectives: Develop a stronger partner relationship and tools and techniques to empower your partners to engage in the social web.
Session 2 The New Channel Model We all know the channel will never go away. But we also know we can't stand still. The engagement of the "middleman" between solution selection process and vendor engagement has never been more important than today - yet it's model is changing. In this session we show you how you can leverage your channel partners to tell your story and support you in your own marketing. Whether you do a product launch, a sales campaign, like to accelerate user stories or many other situations - your partner is going to play a new and very important role in this new world.
Session 3 Partner Programs The Social Way Creating new more compelling and more attractive partner programs leveraging social media and its inherited easy way of leveraging networks. We show you in this session how you can put compelling programs together which will motivate partners in a whole new way to engage with you. We will also provide you with tips and best practices to use the various social media tools to develop fun and highly effective programs and campaigns.
Session 4 Partner Empowerment For more Business Empower your partners to leverage social media in a professional manner. While your partners may not be vivid blogger or highly communicative individuals they may use social media in numerous other ways to engage with their customers and grow their business. We will show you social selling techniques, social media marketing activities, social media in service that you can provide to your partners so they can grow their business. Don't give them the fish but teach them to catch it.
Session 5 The Zero Budget Social Media Strategy Toolbox Finally we connect the dots. This last session will help you create an executable strategy to leverage social media and define a plan that can be executed with no budget. You will get a set of templates, check lists and program examples that you can take home and build your own strategy using models and frameworks we provide.
